    • Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons or sales events.
  2. Shipping Costs:

    • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.
    • Orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping within the continental U.S.
  3. Order Tracking:

    • Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment online.
  4. Delivery Issues:

    • If you experience any issues with your delivery, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will assist you in resolving any issues or delays.

Pre-Order Policy

  1. Pre-Order Items:

    • When you place a pre-order for an item, it means the product is not yet in stock but will be made available in the near future.
    • Each pre-ordered item will have an estimated shipping window of 6-10 weeks from the date of the order.
  2. Estimated Shipping Time:

    • The 6-10 week timeframe is an estimate and can be subject to change based on manufacturing and supply chain conditions.
    • We will keep you informed of any updates or changes to the estimated shipping time via email.
  3. Order Fulfillment:

    • Pre-orders will be shipped as soon as the product becomes available. We will send you a shipping confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
  4. Combining Orders:

    • If you purchase both pre-order items and in-stock items, your order will be held and shipped together when the pre-order item is available. If you wish to receive in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.
  5. Cancellations and Modifications:

    • Pre-orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellations or changes may not be possible.
  6. Refunds:

    • If there are significant delays or issues with your pre-order, we will notify you and offer options for a refund or store credit if you choose not to wait.
